For busy young adults, it can feel impossible or unimportant to consistently get enough sleep. Young adults are often aware of the risks posed by a lack of sleep, but may lack the means or motivation to make changes to their sleep habits.
While numerous products address end-of-day sleep needs, they fail to address a system of barriers to sleep that stretch throughout the day. I saw an opportunity to create a system that facilitated a critical aspect of good sleep—actually deciding to go to bed.
Focusing on the key moment of deciding to go to bed, the Moonlight system helps you feel satisfied with your day and automatically cues you through the app and your environment to wind down and get to bed on time.
